6:00 am. We start from the pick up point and then drive for 2 hours and 40 minutes to reach the Parmigiano Reggiano producer.

9:00 am. Want to know how the world’s most famous cheese is made? We’re going to show you. We’ll take you to Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, where you’ll learn how Parmigiano Reggiano—the most widely recognized and highly-sought after cheese in the world—is produced. We’ll also show you what makes it so special, and give you a chance to taste some of this delicacy for yourself!

10:30 am – We’re ready to visit a traditional Parma Ham factory! Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham, which means that it’s been preserved by salt and other ingredients for several months. Prosciutto di Parma DOP is the best prosciutto in the world, and even Italians from other regions will tell you so.

01:00 pm – If you’ve ever had the chance to try authentic balsamic vinegar from Modena, then you know that it’s a world of difference from every other balsamic vinegar. The flavor is rich and complex, and it pairs well with so many different dishes. Come taste some of the best balsamic vinegar you’ve ever had, and learn all about how they produce such a delicious seasoning! You will enjoy a light lunch of traditional Italian cuisine here.

Piazzale Michelangelo offers a stunning panoramic view of Florence, where you can take in the city in all its glory. The large square is home to a replica of Michelangelo’s David in bronze.

At 17:00 drive back towards the initial pick up point.
