First stop of the day. You will roam around this medieval town, atop a hill in southern Tuscany. Full of elegant Renaissance buildings, it is a must-see for travellers.

Stop At: Fabbrica Pienza, Loc. Borghetto snc Loc.Borghetto 62, 53026, Pienza Italy

The winery is located close to the main house, surrounded entirely by vineyards. The hand-harvested grapes arrive in the cellar, where they are selected by hand and turned into wine. The wines are then oak-aged and bottled here. You will tour the entire property and will be introduced to the art of organic wine production. The first wine tasting of the day will take place here.

Here you will serve a typical Italian lunch. Podere il Casale is probably one of the last farms in the region that does not limit and specialize its scope of farming.
