After you download the app, please open it and zoom into Florence, where you will be prompted to download the Tuscany map, which you should do. The phone should ask you to download, or it will download automatically with the option to open the file in Maps.me.
On an iPhone, there will be a blue icon with an arrow next to the search bar, if you press that a menu should open and allow you to select “Downloads”. Here you can select the file you just downloaded and you will arrive at a page of computer code.
On this screen find the icon of an arrow pointing up again and press that to send the code to the Maps.me app (scroll through the icons until you find the green maps.me icon, or scroll right all the way to “more” where you can scroll down to find the maps.me app).
The meeting point for our tour is our office located at Via del Campuccio 90, 50125 Florence (Italy). Ring our bell “We Like Tuscany” at the left of the gate. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before tour departure time.
We will need a valid ID and a credit card hold of 500 euros in case of an Electric bike rental.
