VEGAN FRIENDS you can join this fantastic traditional Italian and Tuscan pasta course having the opportunity to prepare traditional delicacies without any addition of products of animal origin.
Many traditional pasta dishes are naturally vegan such as spaghetti with fresh tomatoes or Sicilian pesto with dried tomatoes or “norma” pasta with aubergines and many more …
Very soft potato gnocchi with the best organic vegetables that the seasons offer us
Light and tasty risottos in which fragrant and aromatic extra virgin olive oils will whisk them …
Ravioli with pears or pumpkin whose light pasta with wholemeal flours will make your taste buds go to heaven!
The class also includes “vegetarian only” guests but in any case there will be no contamination with cheese and eggs!
You will arrive and you will be welcomed by the chef and together with the other guests you will study the menus choosing between vegetables and fruit (yes even fruit!) In season.
You will start working, each guest will have own space and ingredients available to ensure that everyone can do their job
As soon as the preparation is finished, you will taste the fruits of your labor…with wines or other beverages
