This cooking class (workshop) dedicated to cheeses as well as being very tasty will be very fun and unique!
We have chosen times that can be close to lunch and dinner so as to be able to include an excellent meal of cheeses, freshly baked bread or focaccia and wine tastings!
When we arrive at the kitchen we will immediately start with the preparation of the milk
while we wait for the coagulation we will inspect the cheese world for a while, with lots of curiosities and useful information
We will proceed to the creation of your first cheese and the variants, we can also decide to prepare a focaccia or gnocchi …
Finally, you will sit down to enjoy your work and taste the best productions of Italian cheeses washed down with excellent wine! or craft beer …
The course including lunch will last about 3 hours, it’s easy and fun
