What to Expect When Visiting Firenze, Toscana, Italy

I teach cooking class it’s been 8 years now. My aim is sharing cooking tips, family stories and tradition behind the dishes. You will improve your cooking skills and learn how to cook in a fun a relaxed atmosphere.

In Italy we use to say “Giovedì gnocchi” that means ” Gnocchi on Thursday” , but every day is good for a dish of fluffy and delicious gnocchi.
During the class we will prepare two pesto sauce: the Ligurian one based on fresh basil, and the Sicilian one with fresh tomatoes and almonds. This class is vegetarian and gluten free option is allowed.
After the reservation I will send you also ingredients and kitchen equipments list and, if necessary, I will suggest you how to substitute any of them.
The day before the class, you will receive the link to join me via Zoom.
We will start cooking together and I will check in on how everyone is doing.
We will cook any preparation from the beginning to the end, then you will be free to taste the food with me or save the food for later or for a family/friends gathering.
After the online experience you will receive my recipes.
