This 3 hours Florence tour for families will give you the opportunity to visit Florence and its more important sights with your children! You will visit the most important sites of Florence accompanied by a kid-friendly and licensed guide. Your tour will start at the Accademia Gallery, where you will enter with the skip-the-line tickets and have the opportunity to admire the very famous and beautiful Michelangelo’s “David”. Then, you will move to the Duomo and admire it from the outside, and if there is no line you can choose to visit inside. Signori Square, Straw Market, and the Old Bridge will be the last steps of your tour.

Stop At: Galleria dell’Accademia, Via Ricasoli, 58/60, 50122, Florence Italy
Your tour will start entering the Accademia Gallery with skip-the-line tickets to avoid waiting standing in the line. The Accademia Gallery is one of the most important museums of the city because of the presence of one of Michelangelo’s masterpieces: the “David”. Here you can also admire many important Florentine artists’ works from the 1300s to the 1600s.

Stop At: Duomo – Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, Via della Canonica, 1 Piazza del Duomo, 50122, Florence Italy
After the Academy Gallery, you will approach the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), also called Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore (Saint Mary of the Flower) and watch it from the outside. It is the gothic church of the city and it is part of the complex of the cathedral in Piazza del Duomo, which includes also Giotto’s Campanile and the Baptistery.

Then, you will walk until you reach another very important and famous square: Piazza della Signoria. Here you can also admire the very well known palace: Palazzo Vecchio (Old Palace).

Stop At: Mercato del Porcellino, Piazza del Mercato Nuovo, Florence Italy
After having left Piazza della Signoria, you will proceed to the Straw Market, whose popular name is Loggia del Porcellino (while the real name il Loggia del Mercato Nuovo). Even though its name of “market”, it hosts mainly stands for tourists.

Then, you will move with your guide to the Old Bridge, the most famous bridge in the city.
