Chef Vary, specialized in gluten free preparations, (by obtaining a diploma from the ASL Italian Healthcare Company and from the AIC Italian Celiac Association) will be able to follow you step by step in the biggest challenge of gluten-free preparations or fresh pasta and in particular ravioli.
You will be amazed, following the simple instructions how you can make a classic of Italian cuisine respecting your gluten-free need.
