What to Expect When Visiting FI, Tuscany, Italy
I have been teaching cooking classes for 8 years. My aim is to share cooking tips, family stories and traditions behind the dishes. You will improve your cooking skills and learn how to cook in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Cannoli are one of the most famous Italian desserts. The contrast between the crunchy shells and the creamy and sweet ricotta filling makes this treat simply delicious. During the class we will prepare the dough from scratch, as well the ricotta cream.
Important: a pasta maker and a set of cannoli molds are essential tools to join the class.
I will also send you the ingredients and the kitchen equipment list. I will suggest how to substitute some of them if necessary.
We will start cooking together and I will check in on how everyone is doing. We will cook any preparation from the beginning to the end, then you will be free to taste the food with me or save the food for later or for a family/friends gathering.
After the online experience you will receive my recipes.
