We are an ancient Chianti Classico farm & winery. We have a large tasting room dedicated, where the guests can sit at tables. They will taste 3 extra virgin olive oils prduced & harvested at our farm: for each oil we are explaining how it is composed and its flavours and so on … They will taste 3 of our extra virgin olive oils, as follows: 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Terre di Perseto”, 1 MONOVARIETAL Extra Virgin Olive Oil “MAURINO by Terre di Perseto”, 1 Chianti Classico DOP (Denomination of Protected Origin) Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Terre di Perseto: for each extra virgin olive oil we are explaining how it is composed and its flavours and so on … The oils are served in small glasses and accompanied by sliced apples (to clean the mounth in between the tasting of each oil) and by slices of bread so that guests can made their own “bruschettas” (Tuscan bread seasoned with extra virgin olive oil).

The experience will start with the cellars tour, during which we will explain our company history and what we produce and we will explain the wine-making processes and the olive-oils making process and the different extra virgin olive oils we produce, while showing our machineries, ancient oil-jars and barrels. After that the olive-oils tasting is starting.
