The day will start with the pick-up from the established meeting-point and transfer to Herculaneum, where your experience will take place. During the cooking class you will learn the local recipes and prepare a 3 course menu with the assistance of an expert chef.
Lunedì: Gnocchi alla Sorrentina – Baccalà – Frolla
Mercoledì: Fresella con frutti di mare – Calamaro ripieno – Zeppola di San Giuseppe
Venerdì: Pizza – Crocché di Patate – Torta Caprese
At the end of the experience you will enjoy your hand made dishes and taste a glass of wine, admiring the panorama of Naples.
