Let’s have a handmade pasta class, sip a good glass of wine, enjoy our meal and do some nice chat in a typical Italian family
In our open kitchen, we all prepare two kinds of fresh homemade pasta such as “scialatielli pugliesi” or “maltagliati” with traditional Italian sauces (easy to repeat at home). In the meantime, we prepare and taste some seasonal appetizers sipping a good glass of Prosecco, listening to relaxing music and getting to know to each other.
We’ll eat our ‘masterpieces’ outside in our small garden with some good wine 🙂
We’ll finish with a typical Italian espresso coffee.
We only use high-quality ingredients from little producers and 0km when it’s possible: the flour, the vegetables that we produce, the cold pressed olive oil from south Italy, the aromatic herbs from our garden, the eggs of our hens and other organic products.
