Let’s start with an interesting visit to a particular winery hidden in the splendid Lepontine Alps and a regenerating walk on its vineyards.
We get to know heroic mountain viticulture and the more than one-hundred-year history of the Ossola Valley,
Wine Workshop – Time to take action! Learn to use your senses and find your blend! we will share different tastings of different types of wine (young, aged in barrique, in large cask) and we will create your favorite!
Of course all handmade, just like they did in the past! Each person will receive the necessary technical tools and advice, as well as support throughout the entire experience, to work.
Try and retry the combinations to create your blend, find the taste and smell you like best.
The result is a unique combination created by you.
Once the wine is produced it is time to proceed with the bottling, capping, closure and labeling of your wine!
Take your bottle home and share it with your family or friends.
