What to Expect When Visiting Cortona, Tuscany, Italy

To book your transfer with us from Ciampino Airport to Cortona and vice versa are required the following details:
For the transfers from Cortona:
– Name of the main passenger, phone number and email address,
– Pick up time and date requested for the transfer,
– Pick up address (Name of the hotel or full private accommodation address in Cortona),
– Number of luggages and passengers traveling. Luggages of particular dimensions, eg. wheelchairs, sport equipments, music instruments, strollers etc., must be specified in the reservation.
– Vehicle type (Sedan 1-2 pax, Minivan 3-8 pax).
For the transfers from Ciampino Airport other than the upmentioned details:
– Flight number of the arrival flight,
– Drop of address (Name of the hotel or full private accommodation address in Cortona).
IMPORTANT:
The waiting time for the transfer from Cortona is 30 minutes. For the transfer from Ciampino Airport the waiting time is 75 minutes. Once the waiting time is over and we do not receive any information from the client, the driver will leave. In this case there will be no refund for the clients.
