Stop At: Vatican City, Vatican City, Lazio
The tour begins near St. Peter’s Square where you meet your guide who will explain the details of the tour. The early phase of the tour is really just to prepare for the many artistic and religious jewels hidden in the Papal Basilica. Already at this stage, you will be trekking into Roman history.
Your private tour guide will bring you inside the Vatican City as we have exclusive “backstage” access to the Mosaic studio, visited by so few on this unique Vatican guided tour. You will see first-hand how the mosaics are made!
