Experience a Sardinian lunch as a local in the house of a typical family and learn during this cooking class all the secrets of the island’s culinary traditions.
Departing from Chia or Pula, you will visit a typical family and feel the Sardinian atmosphere. The expert hands of the local lady will show us how to prepare the famous “pasta” according to ancient traditions handed down for generations. Even the guest will participate actively in the creation and learn how to roll out the fresh pasta and close the ravioli according to the Campidanese and Ogliastra tradition. At the end of the preparation, the ravioli will be cooked and tasted all together on the spot, served with the Sardinian traditional lunch. An original experience immersed in a convivial atmosphere typical of ancient family Sundays.
