Noto is the capital of Sicilian Baroque. The city that you see today dates to the early 18th century, when it was almost entirely rebuilt in the wake of the devastating 1693 earthquake.

Modica, the town of the hundred churches, also famous for its traditional chocolate. In Modica you can taste the different varieties of Modica chocolate, famous and known throughout the world, which is obtained from a particular “cold” processing, as in ancient Latin American traditions.
