The company was founded at the end of the 19th century by the great-grandfather Luigi and evolved, as we know it today, after the end of the Second World War.
Always grape producers and since 1999 associated with the consortium “Il Bagnacavallo” for the production and enhancement of native grapes. Longanesi grapes, for the production of “Burson” wines, a black grape variety, saved in the Classe pine forest; Famous grape, for the production of “Rambela” wines, a white grape variety, dated in our territory 1437; Centesimino and Malbo Gentile grapes. Historical vines that find their natural habitat in this environment.

The program includes a guided tour of the structure and the vineyards, with an explanation of the management method of the plant, the times of harvest and attention to detail that then leads to the final product: our wine!
Following lunch (or dinner) typical of Romagna with food / wine pairing, in which we give the opportunity to taste at least 5 different types of wine in combination with: appetizer of typical local cured meats, first course with meat sauce, second roast chicken or rabbit with vegetables, and finally typical Romagna sweets.
