We will taste 5 great Italian wines: Barolo, Brunello di Montalcino, Bolgheri, Franciacorta and Trento Doc, paired with the chef’s dishes from the Vino e Convivio wine shop. I will tell you about the territories, the companies and the greatest Italian wines, which will be paired with typical local products. A unique opportunity to savor the excellence of the Italian wine scene and the greatest products of the territory!

I am a sommelier from Lucca with many years of experience, winner of some important competitions, 3rd place in the Best Sommelier of Italy 2018 and owner of the Uvaggio online wine shop. I work as a wine consultant, educator and write about wine on the homonymous blog Wineafterwine.
At the end of the tasting I will leave the bottles uncorked (if not finished :)) in order to enjoy them during the holiday.
