An exciting visit to discover the ancient Sardinian dairy tradition. A journey to discover the history and secrets of Sardinian pecorino and caprini at Argiolas Formaggi, leader in the sector. During the visit we will show you the different production phases in the places where the Sardinian Pecorinos are born, grow and rest to return the scents of the pastures of our territory. Furthermore, a guided tasting of some of our most famous cheeses awaits you, accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia. At the end of the visit, cheese makers will show you how to prepare the famous Sardinian cheese with your own hands. An educational and experiential experience that will allow you to discover the secrets of cheese making and its process step by step, from the coagulation of milk to shaping and salting. The guests will then be transformed into master Casari for a day, with the delivery of a certificate as a souvenir.

The route of the guided tour shows the entire sustainable supply chain of the company: from agriculture for the production of buffalo feed to cattle breeding in large outdoor fenced areas; from the production of milk to its transformation into cheese in the company dairy; from the use of agricultural waste to produce renewable energy in a biogas plant to reuse the process residue as an organic fertilizer.

A guided tour through the halls where the pecorino and goat cheese come to life. Furthermore, a gastronomic tour awaits you in the tasting room, where our specialized staff will take you on a guided tasting of some of our most famous cheeses, accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia.

Visit a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy and immerse yourself in the traditional cheese-making process, witnessing the artisanal craftsmanship behind this world-renowned cheese, from fresh milk to aged perfection. Watch the cheesemaker at work as he carefully lifts the freshly made Parmigiano Reggiano wheels from the traditional cauldron. Explore the brine room and the aging storage. Conclude your visit with a guided tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano, expertly paired with fine local sparkling wine for a truly authentic experience.

In our land you can breathe the atmosphere of the past, where the technique and the typical varieties of cheeses and mozzarella have been handed down for generations, remaining faithfully attached to seasonality. Guided by an expert master cheese maker, we will put our "hands on the dough" and try the processing and making of these dairy products, with the use of wooden tools. The cheesemaker will make mozzarella, burrata, nodini and stracciatella before our eyes and the participants will have the opportunity to create their first milk products and taste the finished product, accompanied by local cold cuts and good Apulian wine.
