Stop At: Azienda Agricola Assirelli “Cantina da Vittorio”, Via Monte del Re, 31/p, 40060 Dozza BO, Italy

The program includes:
– walk in the vineyard with agronomic notions
– guided tour of the cellar and of the production process from grapes to wine with oenological knowledge and support from the company oenologist up to the different types of aging for the wines
– tasting of various cold cuts produced by our company and local cheeses (salami, raw ham, summer coppa)
– hot homemade Dozza piadina
– tasting of multivarietal and monovarietal EVO oil of our production on Dozzese bread
– tasting with the support of our Sommelier with technical and organoleptic explanation:
