Booking a transfer has never been so easy! Your friendly and professional driver will be pleased to take you directly to your destination in the comfort of a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Arrivals
Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals, and he will be displaying a board with your lead passenger’s name. In case of flight delay, custom controls, lost luggage, etc, your driver will wait at the airport for 45 minutes past the official landing time. After that he will try to contact you asking whether he should leave or wait for you. Please be advised if your driver does have to wait longer than 45 minutes, a supplement may be required (payment on spot). In the event of no answer he will consider it a no show service and he will leave the airport.
Departures
For your return back to the Airport, your driver will pick you up from outside your accommodation. The pickup time will be confirmed on the transfer voucher. Driver will wait for 30 minutes at the meeting point past the agreed pick-up time. After that, he will try to contact you asking whether to leave or wait for you. For the waiting after 30 minutes a supplement may be required (payment on spot). In case of no answer we will consider it a no show service and he will leave the meeting point.
