If you choose the option with the local market, every Tuesday, you will be guided to discover the typical products that you will buy and use together with the chef, inside a traditional Apulian trullo. Your tour will begin in Noci, a nice town located in the land of trulli, where you will join up with the local food blogger and chef.
The cooking class will take place in the kitchen of its authentic trullo, surrounded by nature and silence of the Apulian coutryside.
Under her guidance, you will learn how to prepare and cook some typical Apulian dishes like bread, focaccia, fava bean puree, sweet and sour red onions, boiled vegetables, fried olives, breadballs and traditional sweets (jam tart or Sporcamuss, which means “get dirty your mouth”, because the dessert is filled with cream dolce).
