Take a break in the countryside to visit boutique wineries, sustainable, family stylefood cheese farm and wine day with a private tour of the towns of Val d’Orcia, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Taste fine varieties of red wine such as Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino, stroll through the medieval squares of Pienza and taste the authentic Tuscan cheese in a royal farm with one of the most beautiful terraces in the Orcia valley.

Arrival in Montepulciano at approximately 11:00 AM, visit to the first wine cellar, there will be an explanation of the local products with four or five glasses of tasting. followed by a light lunch.

At the next wine cellar you can visit an underground winery and Etruscan tomb from the 3rd century before Christ. In the same winery you can taste three types of wine.

Arrival in Pienza, the town famous for the production of pecorino cheese. Visit the town along with free time for shopping and a small cheese tasting at one of the most famous cheese stores in Pienza

After your visit to Pienza we will depart for the cheese farm in the beautiful area of Val d’Orcia. There you can have a tour of the factory where you will see the production of pecorino cheese and ricotta cheese. After the tour you can enjoy a light lunch with wine, prosciutto, salumi and of course a selection of pecorino cheese. During your lunch time you can enjoy one of the best view of Orcia Valley from your table in the beautiful terrace.

Arrival in Montalcino while enjoying a beautiful drive of Val D’Orcia (Orcia Valley) with amazing Tuscany landscapes. We will then visit the Brunello winery where you can have the wine cellar tour with an explanation of the whole wine making process followed by wine tasting of five different types of the famous wines from this area.
