About your host, Mirella: “We are Stefano and Mirella, Fiorentini DOC, a couple in life and the kitchen!!! For about 10 years, we have been dealing with activities such as being personal chefs, home chefs, and running cooking classes, and social eatings. We have a special passion for medieval and renaissance cuisine. We also like to tell anecdotes, and historical facts, about food and their preparation.”
