Learn to cook like a local in a typical home in Ancona. Get hands-on help preparing your own lunch or dinner from a friendly chef during this activity. This experience consists in preparing some specialities of Marche region culinary tradition. Marche was choosen by Lonely Planet as a top destination for 2020 , so be ready to immerse yourself in its amazing enogastronic context.
Begin by preparing the dough for Cannelloni, and then roll it out and fill it before baking. Learn how to prepare the dough for cannelloni and how to fill them as well.
You will make the sauce with ricotta cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, garlic, parsley, nutmeg, white pepper and salt !
Enjoy the appetizer and the main dish you have been preparing with the chef. Also taste a delicious second course and relax yourself in a friendly environment.
At the end, it will be served a local dessert (prepared in advance) and of course water and wine (1/2 bottle each participant )
