Your fun, professional chef will teach you all the know-how you need to knead, roll, cut and cook authentic fettuccine pasta with a choice of two traditional Roman sauces. If that's not enough you'll also perfect the art of making creamy tiramisù (which means 'pick-me-up' in Italian because of its infused espresso shot!) and receive the recipes for both dishes via email at the end of the class.
