Making your own cuvée of Bordeaux wine will be a very special moment : you will experience the tasting of 3 different types of wine from the left bank of Garonne river, the right bank and the Graves. Those 3 groups are the most typical ones from Bordeaux vineyard, of international renown. During the first part of this experience, your hosts, Pierre and Geoffroy, cellar men, but also brothers, will introduce you to the main characteristics of Bordeaux vineyard in a fun and accessible way. In the second part of your journey, they will teach you how to become a real Winemaker! You will make your own wine, by mixing your own blend using different grape varieties. Thanks to this atypical class, you will get to discover emblematic grape varieties of Bordeaux vineyard and even the art of blending your own cuvée. You will get help and explanations at every step of your creation so that you get the chance to take your precious nectar home. If you're motivated, you will even get to label and close your bottle yourself!

We are the owners of Agriturismo Bellini. We make fresh pasta like our mom and grandmother taught us and we will share with you all the secrets of working with flour and water. Our family owns an organic farm where we produce wine and olive oil on our estate.

I welcome you directly to my workplace in a warm and country setting where I will put at your service my experience and know-how as an oenologist to teach you everything you will need to progress in this fabulous environment. The class is perfect for anyone interested in Korean food and alcohol, history and culture, and fermentation. No previous brewing experience is required – we provide you with everything you need to make your own makgeolli! The host is a professional brewer who worked in food and beverage in the US and studied traditional alcohol under Korean master brewers. At our makgeolli brewery close to Gwangalli Beach, we will introduce different types of Korean alcohol as well as what makes them different from other rice-based alcohols. We also provide a tasting of various types so you can try them for yourself! We will then make makgeolli, from the processing of rice to incorporating enzymes unique to Korean alcohol. After making your own batch, you will have the option to take home a container to keep brewing or a bottle of makgeolli made in our brewery!

Nova Scotia boasts some of the finest wineries in Canada. Known for its historic maritime climate, culture, fantastic beaches, the Bay of Fundy's record tides now add a great wine to that list. The earliest vines in Nova Scotia were planted around 1610 by Champlain's hard-working band of settlers. It was and still is great to relax to a glass of wine after a hard day's work. Today the wine industry in Nova Scotia has grown to become a proud addition to the province's economy. We will begin our tour with the narration of the areas of our intended sites. Our first visit will be at the Domaine de Grand Pre Winery, where we will spend about two hours exploring this site. We will spend the day investigating the various vineyards where you can take in the beauty and sample their unique offerings. This is a day that is spent outdoors so please dress appropriately for this tour. Walking shoes are ideal. We also offer private tours.
