This is a unique experience that gives you a glimpse of how we Cretans produce honey and extra virgin olive oil locally. We have a history since 1920 that follows us from our great grandparents. They taught us how we should extract the best extra virgin olive oil from our local fields of trees. Live an experience that you may never live again. Such facilities are rare to find and we will saw you all the secrets of the bees and olive trees in order to produce honey and extra virgin olive oil from the aforementioned.

I offer visitors the opportunity to learn about the world of olive oil, from plant cultivation to milling, from the point of view of our company, in business since 1949. Along with this it will be possible for guests to taste the gastronomic specialties of Gargano, not only oil, but also a choice of wines, cheeses and other products. At the request of those interested you can also visit our olive grove, where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the shade of our old trees!

Have a great experience and discover how we make our extra virgin olive oil under the concept of "from the tree to the table". Our Almazara is a modern oil mill which has been awarded as the best technological and qualified mill in Spain. You will be able to learn the whole process of oil production in the very heart of Jaén, and you will gain knowledge about a healthy vegetal fat like no other.

Our company represents a love story with our territory. This is why we have decided to share with you our history and our work which has united us and made us grow for 4 generations. Thanks to the support of virtual reality, what is a seasonal activity, namely the harvesting of olives and their extraction in the mill, will be accessible to everyone first hand. In fact, you will find yourself walking among our olive trees while the workers harvest the fruits, before arriving at the oil mill and observing the transformation of the olives into oil up close. In the historical site of the Academy, an XVIII-century apartment, we propose our guests the best local products. We usually introduce the world of Evo, cultivars, health benefits and then we move on to make an extra virgin olive oil tasting of 4 or 6 Evos. Extra virgin olive oil tasting is followed by wine tasting and a light lunch or dinner to appreciate traditional Tuscan cooking. All the activities are held personally by me, Evo expert and food & wine consultant, in English, French, and Spanish.
