Our vineyards, averaging 30 to 50 years old, are cultivated using the traditional Pergola Veronese and Guyot (Filare Speronato) methods. Every step of our winemaking process is done with care and dedication, ensuring that all vineyard operations are carried out manually, from pruning to natural fertilization, with patience and deep respect for nature. The experience includes a guided tour of the vineyards and cellar, where you will discover the winemaking process from vine to bottle. To complete the journey, enjoy a tasting of 3 or 5 carefully selected wines, each reflecting the unique character and tradition of Valpolicella.

The Valpolicella region is a unique territory for winemaking. Famous all over the world for the production of Amarone and Recioto wines. From the Romans to the Lombards, the latter ones loved so much the local wine that they settled here the Capital of their reign, everyone loved, through history, these places. Lunch will be in a typical local tavern, where guests will taste 5 types of hand-made pasta. The tour will be filled with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere that will give you long lasting memories. The tastings and lunch are on charge of the clients, this guarantees the maximum honesty and the best quality of the products.

During the day get an inside look at all the steps of the winemaking process, from fermentation to bottling. The visit will be lead by the wine maker in person, who will be at our total disposal to tell us all his secrets and the stories beyond each wine.
