A journey of taste "full immersion" in nature and Sicilian history. Not only products of excellence: the Baglio Ingardia farm is much more. Within our eighteenth-century structure, it is possible to participate in guided tours, with technical tastings of Organic Wine and Grand Cru EVO Oil. A journey through history but also through flavours.

Our gardens are immersed in the Syracusan countryside. We will explore the local varieties of olives to understand the aromatic and taste differences that make the Sicilian oil fragrant and highly appreciated internationally. We will see the production spaces up close and take a seat for the tasting session.

The Do Eat Better food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of the city. The tourist is guided by a Foodie, a local buddy able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities. Do Eat Better Experience tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Italian culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. This is the reason why we accept small groups only: we want to focus on a genuine exchange and give to each tourist the highest attention possible. Please, note that the tour is always run in English and Italian; other languages upon request.

Wine & Cheese is a tasting for those who want to approach the world of regional cuisine and at the same time visiting some of the most beautiful monumental areas of the old city. The tasting is conducted by our Wine Expert guide and includes a brief guided walk of about 30-45 minutes to admire some of the most interesting monumental sites of the city (about 1 km), up until reaching a renowned wine Bar in a sophisticated environment, where you will be waited in order to start the joint tasting, served with elegant cutlery and glasses, of five types of excellent quality Sicilian cheese, from the freshest to the most aged, almond cookies and six important wines representative of the main local varieties, such as Nero d’Avola and Catarratto, and a dessert wine. The Sicilian wine, of secular tradition, has won over in recent decades the markets all over the world and the dairy Sicilian tradition is one of the oldest and most appreciated in Italy.

This tour takes our client to visit some of the most beautiful spots of Sicily. The first part of the tour is dedicated to explore the beautiful medieval village called Savoca. Francis Ford Coppola decided to use this village as main location for the life of Michael Corleone in Sicicily; the most famous sicilian scenes of this movie (part 1 and 2) were filmed in savoca. The village moreover has some interesting historical beauties: the Pentefur Castle, the XII limestone arch, the ancient monastery and more else. second stop in Forza D'Agrò with its incredible landscape, the 14 century monastery and its ancient city center, location of Godfather movie too; finally Taormina, where you will have a couple of hours to spend for monuments, food and shopping. Etna and Wine is a combination that is more than just an excursion, it is a journey through the most authentic flavors and volcanic landscapes of Sicily. What makes Lady Etna tour unique is the multisensory experience it offers. A day full of colors, scents and flavors of Sicily, a journey with our bicycles through the beauties of Mount Etna. Departure from Catania at 9.00 towards Castiglione di Sicilia, our shuttle will follow us, in case of assistance during our journey. Arrival in Castiglione, visit to the village and tasting of local products at the Etna Rosso winery. 3.00 pm departure from Castiglione and return to Catania. Possibility of returning by shuttle for those who do not want to continue cycling

This tour combines the travel on an ancient and unique public service railway, the visit of a volcanic winery (wine and food tasting, visit to the vineyards and cellars). The railway public service starts either in Catania or in Riposto and always terminates in Randazzo (duration is about 2 hours). The railway is peerless, connecting the small towns surrounding Mt. Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe. The view is just incomparable and scenic. In Randazzo, our guests will be driven to the close winery, for a full tour of the vineyards, cellars and a wine and food tasting (pairing of wines and Sicilian food).
