You can hike, it you wish to, from Riomaggiore to Manarola. 1 hour hike (this is subject to availability based on weather/danger). The driver will follow you by boat/train. Public boats also operate subject to weather conditions and along the Cinque Terre from April until about the 3rd week of October.

After this experience, just 15 min away by train, the next stop is Riomaggiore, where you can taste local delicacies, visit the defensive tower, discover the village life and have a swim. Then, after 10 min of train and 1,5 h driving, the tour will take you to the famous Piazza dei Miracoli to see the majestic Tower of Pisa and the other monuments at this UNESCO site.
