In the historical site of the Academy, an XVIII-century apartment, we propose our guests the best local products. We usually introduce the world of Evo, cultivars, health benefits and then we move on to make an extra virgin olive oil tasting of 4 or 6 Evos.
Extra virgin olive oil tasting is followed by wine tasting and a light lunch or dinner to appreciate traditional Tuscan cooking.
All the activities are held personally by me, Evo expert and food & wine consultant, in English, French, and Spanish.

This tour is including a car at your disposal during the tour, transfer to a beautiful winery in Montecarlo where you can taste 4 different types of wine.
After the winery, free time to visit Montecarlo, a magical medieval town that is on top of a lone hill, with an amazing panorama.
After the visit, the driver will take you on a different part of the countryside of Lucca to Experience a real Tuscan farm; Among the silence and the scent of the hills, the Farmhouse and its cellars are still intact, just as they were in the 1600’s.

For a more action-packed and fun tour, Lucca’s historic center can be visited by bike. Because its entire historic center and ring of tree-lined Renaissance walls are entirely pedestrian and bike-friendly, Lucca is the only city in Tuscany where guided bike tours are ideal, fascinating, and enjoyable.
With one of our local specialized guides, you will rent a bike at one of the rental shops in the historic center and together embark upon discovering our charming town. Through the ancient narrow medieval streets you will reach the various landmarks. You can also visit the interior of the Cathedral, of Saint Frediano Church and go up the Guinigi Tower, and even sample Tuscan wines and taste traditional local products in a 17th century wine-cellar right in the center of town.

Besides, you will have the possibility to taste renowned wines and other typical products like olive oil, Tuscany sweets, cheeses, balsamic vinegar and truffle.

Visit Lucca, Montecatini Alto and the Nievole Valley in one day, with a private tour and our expert local driver.
Enjoy a delicious lunch in a real Tuscan farm and taste 5 of our best wines. After the pick up we will visit Lucca in the morning
• Lucca is an artistic and musical city and birthplace of the composer Giacomo Puccini. This city is a wonderful jewel between its perfect ancient walls and its famous Oval Square. The Cathedral of Lucca is one of the most important churches in Tuscany and the Guinigi Tower.
• For lunch we will move to a typical Tuscan farm, where you will taste the best wines of our region with cold cuts, bruschetta and extra virgin olive oil with a delicious homemade pasta.
• After lunch we will head towards Montecatini to take the ancient Italian Funicular (date 1848) which will arrive, through a breathtaking landscape, in the town of Montecatini Alto.
(Important note: the Funicular opens one week before Easter and closes on October 31st).
