In the historical site of the Academy, an XVIII-century apartment, we propose our guests the best local products. We usually introduce the world of Evo, cultivars, health benefits and then we move on to make an extra virgin olive oil tasting of 4 or 6 Evos. Taste and learn how to recognize high-quality oils, by comparing them. We will show you the tasting tools and the official procedure and you will be an oil sommelier for a day! You will also acquire the skills to distinguish a good oil from a less good one and learn to read labels, especially the misleading ones! Enjoy a delicious meal in the company of both locals and fellow travellers. We prepare the meal with fresh local ingredients, including those produced on our farm: oil, vegetables, fruit, jams, chestnuts, eggs.
