Organic Winery

Visit an organic estate that organizes guided tour and tastings in the heart of Chianti Classico area, between Radda and Panzano in Chianti. During the tour it is possible to see the vineyards and the wineries, hear a guided explanation of the wine-making process in order to make wines of the highest quality. The visit is then followed by the tasting of the 3 or 6 wines, accompanied by small but tasty snacks, including bread with olive oil of own production and Grappa.

Guided tour of the farm structures near San Gimignano: vegetable garden, orchard, vineyard, olive grove, vinsantaia, historical cellar, collection of tools from the farming world. Tasting of 8 wines from our production: – "Casa Lucii" DOCG Vernaccia di San Gimignano; – 2 different vintages of "Mareterra" DOCG Vernaccia di San Gimignano reserve; – "Spicchio" IGT rosé Tuscan; – "Fuscelli" DOCG Chianti; – "Senarum" DOCG Chianti Colli Senesi, – "Arturo" IGT Tuscan Red. The tasting is accompanied by a taste of our organic extra virgin olive oil, cheese and cold cuts selection produced by local farms and accompanied by vegetables from the garden and finally will be served as dessert Vin Santo del Chianti "Curato" and Tuscan Cantucci.

Get ready for an amazing tour in the world of organic wine: you will visit one of the oldest organic winery together with a member of the Tili Family who will explain all the process to make a fantastic organic wine. Afterwards, you can taste all the farm products during a guided tasting where you will try 5 different organic wines of Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT. The wines will be paired with warm bruschette with organic extra virgin olive oil, a selection of cheeses and salami with jams, and local biscotti with sweet wine. At the end you will receive a certification of Apprentice Winemaker! We offer pick up on request for a fixed price the pick up from the city center of Assisi or Spello or the Assisi train station.

Wine Station, our elegantly decorated degustation hall, apart from quality wine etiquettes, now also offer top culinary specialties prepared for you by Lorena Božić and Ettore Vignandel – experienced duo whose creativity in preparing tasty meals will certainly be a pleasant surprise for all our guests. You will enjoy a guided wine tasting at our special tasting room with your friends and family and you will pair fine local wine with some snacks and delicacies prepared by our chef.

As a vineyard owner, winemaker, and a student of viticulture I can offer guests my unique experience and education. I will be able to show them up close and with hands-on experience what it takes to make wine from the soil to the bottling process. In addition, I am very close with the wine-making community in Krems which affords me the opportunity to create curated experiences for my guests. Lastly, in my 25-year career at IBM, I worked with colleagues and partners from more than 50 countries around the world, I have international experience with people of all types of backgrounds and cultures.

After visiting the vineyards and the park, we will illustrate our wine production methods in the cellar.. When you arrive in Panzanello there will be the owners or staff to welcome you! You can park your car in the courtyard without any problems and after introducing yourself we will take you to our cellar to visit the place where our wines are born and rest. The visit of the winery will end in our shop and , weather permitting, you will have the tasting on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Chianti vineyards. The view you can enjoy is breathtaking and we are sure it will enchant you! The experience will continue with the tasting of 4 wines selected from Chianti Classico to Super Tuscan, from Rosé to bubbles with local gastronomic products: cutting board of Tuscan cured meats selection of pecorino or Tuscan cheese vegetarian bruschetta bruschetta with Panzanello EVO oil. You can buy our wines directly in the Cellar and if you can not take the bottles with you, we can ship them directly to your door. You will live a unique experience!
