With the father Siciliano, a great local pastry Chef, you will create the famous Cannoli, learning the secrets of preparing the perfect wafer and cream that make Cannoli the most famous Sicilian dessert in the world. Furthermore, you will learn how to make "Angel Wings", typical traditional sweets which in Sicilian are called "Chiacchiere", and which are popular sweets of the Carnival period. Start of the tour with a stop in Orange, first at the Arc de Triomphe, built in the 20s AD in honour of the 2nd Gallic Legion, then at the majestic Ancient Theatre and its impressive stage wall, built around 30 BC and still used today, where you will make the tour with audio-guide. Then we will go to the Pont du Gard, first for the picnic with fresh produce from local farms, then for a walk on the site of the Pont du Gard, a sublime bridge-aqueduct built and used by the Romans to supply Nîmes with water. We will finish the tour in Nimes, with a first stop in front of the magnificent Maison Carrée, an ancient temple dedicated to the grandsons of the Emperor Augustus and built between the years 2 and 5 AD. Then you will visit the Roman Amphitheatre with an audio guide, a beautiful site built around 105 AD.

The tour will start with an hour-long walk through the city centre of Arles, where you will see several monuments such as the Saint Trophime Cloister, Café Van Gogh, the spectacular Roman Amphitheatre and the Roman Theatre. You will also see the sumptuous show of the Careers of Enlightenment. A short film of about thirty minutes and all in color is projected on these old limestone quarries used to build the village. Have your lunch time at 1200m/4000ft altitude with a magnificent view to Samaria Gorge and the highest summit, named Pachnes (2453m/8048ft). Heading back to Chania enjoy the view at the Aegean sea from 1000m/3300ft, visit the Historical Therisso village and enjoy the scenery of Therssio Gorge.

Under the guidance of Captain Dimitris, guests will learn how to clean and cook their catch right on board. The fish will be prepared with simple, authentic Greek flavors, such as fresh lemon, oregano, olive oil, and sea salt that we collect ourselves. This is a private tour with a 7-seater van for a maximum 6 guests. The tour combines a 2-hour tour of Chania old town with a exploring the Cretan nature. We will drive through the most spectacular gorge close to Chania and the villages surrounding it for about an hour, followed by lunch in perhaps one of the best bio restaurants in Crete.
