hello every one! i After several years cooking fine dinning and living in scandinavia for some years my mind was changed.. so, I decided to go back to roots and create "The Real Oaxaca Cooking Experience" Quinta Brava has a team of 3 professional cocineras and 2 professional chef eager to help you to solve your doubts and guide you across your cooking adventure. with this project Quinta Brava tries to recover and pass the knowledge and the heritage from the real ancient Oaxaca cuisine and the magic with it, also, to show you the ancient methods and utensils that our older relatives used to use with our team, you will cook a nice bunch of recipes from all over Oaxaca in a old fashioned wood stove called "Lorena" the name came cause the way how is been constructed (in Spanish "lodo y arena" in English "mud and sand") and you will be the main chef of this culinary experince, you will cook everything with your hands

It's a lifetime experience to get in touch with local food and local tradition.. you will be able to learn some secrets and go back home and surprise your family and friends with a real dish of home made pasta Bologna is the italian capital of homemade pasta, I will show you some tricks I've learnt from my grandmother and some unique ways to fill the pasta We will make fresh pasta from scratch and after best tiramisu of your life!! I also offer during my experience a unique wine tasting with best grapes of north east of italy from organic producers 🙂


Japanese Cooking and Udon Making Class in Tokyo with Masako


Join Masako in her kitchen and learn to cook authentic Japanese recipes from scratch. If you choose to learn to make Udon, you’ll be kneading the dough with your hands (and feet) and turning it into noodles. It is hard work but worth it to get heavenly homemade udon noodles, far superior to store-bought ones. Other meal options comprise okonomiyaki or tempura or Japanese sweets. Please let Masako know your preference when you create your booking. Dishes will be cooked using some fresh, seasonal ingredients from the farmers market in Niigata. After cooking, you will enjoy a sit-down meal that ends with a sweet dessert.

I started Suhaila with my love for human being simply. And for me, food and cooking is one of the best way to share a culture and history. My name is Mohammed and I love to meet new people. I also like to share my story, and my culture. My mom as always been a very good cook and I want to share her recipes with people travelling to Jordan. I adjusted them all to make sure you can do them at home. I also furnish all the recipes. I can welcome up to 6 guests at the same time. The experience is divided in 3 steps for cooking, and there is also explanation on culture and food tour after the class , plus time of course to speak and share together. We eat all the food we cook together.
