Take two hours to walk around the ancient, majestic ruins with your tour guide. Enjoy the fresh air and greenery at the Sanctuary in the early morning. • 8:15 AM: Return to Hoi An town. • 9:00 AM: Finish the tour at the hotel.

Now that I don't have the shop anymore I still want to go on in my mission. Togheter we will prepare granita, gelato and sorbetto from raw ingredients, I will tell you about the professional procedures and the ones used in the home kitchen. You will learn also how to prepare gelato at home. At the end you will degustate your creations and learn how to recognize a good quality gelato.
