Starting from Manarola, while enjoying a welcome drink, you will sail through the entire Cinque Terre coast, to Riomaggiore and Punta Montenero which closes the southeast side of the wonderful Cinque Terre National Park. You will also have the opportunity to take a swim near the coast, diving into the clear waters of the Ligurian Sea. Once everyone is back on the boat, we will head towards Punta Mesco, the most north-western point of the National Park. From there you can admire the fascinating landscape made of lights and colors and – if you are lucky enough – you will see the dolphins playing on the surface of the sea.

the course is interactive, you will use the marble mortar. You will receive information on the history and origins of pesto and the best ingredients we will use. You will learn to make pesto like you have never tasted before, and you will be able to make it again at home, which is why it is a unique and unforgettable experience. You can visit the magnificent villages of 5 TERRE, Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso. During the trip, you will see the village of Portovenere, we will visit magnificent beaches, accessible are by boat, Le Rosse, Il Canneto , Monesteroli with the beautiful seabed where you can do equipped snorkeling. It will be possible to get off about 40 minutes in Vernazza, (we must use an external boat) or Monterosso.During some stops for the bath you can enjoy FOCACCIA AND PESTO. You will have lunch on the boat, the menu includes bruschetta , a first course between Pasta al Pesto or Spelt with Muscles (in hot periods – cold rice), a Caprese with salad, tomato, fresh buffalo mozzarella, and sauces, drinks are unlimited, Prosecco, Wine, Beer, Drinks. Before returning, as a snack, we will serve a tray of fresh fruit and Limoncino. By boat you will find a large bathroom and a shower. There are several stops for the bathroom.

Our shared one-way sunset tour from Monterosso to La Spezia is a perfect opportunity to not only see the beauty of the Cinque Terre by sea, but to take in the splendour of the twilight hours while cruising along the coast towards Portovenere and the Gulf of the Poets! Departing from Monterosso, we will pass by all five villages of the Cinque Terre before heading down the coast. There will be time to stop and swim in one of the crystalline coves along the way before reaching the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Portovenere with its very particular narrow coloured houses and the breathtaking St. Peter’s Church. We will also take you into Byron’s Grotto, one of the most treasured places along the Ligurian coast. With the stunning backdrop of Portovenere, we will await the sunset while enjoying an aperitivo featuring local pesto and fresh focaccia. Our Traditional Cooking class in Genoa will allow you to learn the best Ligurian and Genovese recipes sided by local professionals in the field. Hands-on the job you will be guided in the preparation of traditional recipes from Genoa and Liguria. Our cooking class and tasting is an all-around experience. We believe that the cooking class with tasting is successful when our guests test themselves cooking, learning, sharing their experiences and having fun. Therefore, we have a 2-people minimum and a 10-people maximum. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will contact you to reschedulethe class at another time or day. The class and tasting include: at least 4 recipes with preparation and tasting, and one tasting more (artisanal gelato). Water, wine or beer (in limited amounts) are included.
