Take part in this experience and discover our farmhouse and our winery. We will start by visiting our Moscato di Trani vineyard a few steps from the property. We will present the peculiar characteristics and history of Apulian viticulture in the Itria Valley. At the end we will taste 4 of our wines and we will tell you their story and how they were born: – "Terra Viva", still red wine of Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia 13% vol .; – "Pietra Viva", still white wine from Verdeca, IGP Valle d'Itria 12% vol .; – "1 ° Luglio", still rosé wine from Nero di Troia grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol .; – "Pietro 60", still dry white wine from Moscato di Trani grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol. We will accompany everything with a taste of our products homemade. We are waiting for you in our farmhouse, we are waiting for you at Trulli il Castagno!

We’re proud of our work and happy to show it off at Between The Lines Winery & Vineyard. Follow the journey from Grape to Glass in a safe & refreshing experience. We'll tell you all about the history of Between the Lines Winery, you'll get a crash course on the vine itself & learn what it takes to grow the grapes from dormancy to harvest. Next, you'll head to the cellar where you'll learn about our winemaking process from fruit selection to fermentation. This experience is approximately 45 minutes and four wine tastings are included. Between the Lines Winery does not provide transportation. Arrive at the winery at your reservation start time.

A welcome aperitif opens the door of our home and presents its history. You will meet passion for wines and cheeses in the cozy atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan store called "colmado". The Cesani family and our staff are pleased to welcome you to Pancole, just 5km from the historic center of San Gimignano, where you will have the opportunity to sit down and taste the company's products presented with competence and passion, and thus have the opportunity to know the history, the production process and the organoleptic characteristics of all the products that the Cesani family offers. The tasting includes 5 wines of our production (2 Vernaccia di San Gimignano, 3 Red Wines) and our extra-virgin olive oil. The type of wines offered may vary according to availability. A taste of pecorino and other traditional goodies will accompany the wine presented. Don't miss the opportunity to make traditional Genovese pesto sauce with a charismatic Italian teacher to be there for hands-on instruction. Prepare the typical ligurian Pesto sauce made of fresh aromatic basil and good olive oil in the traditional way using a marble mortar, then lean back enjoying the tasting of what you've made together with a glass of wine and some local snacks.

Each cooking class is private and followed by a PERSONAL Chef, furthermore a glass of Vinaccieri wine is provided at the beginning for motivational purposes! PESTO EXPERIENCE: Discover its history and anecdotes about it. With the use of a mortar you will produce your Genoese PESTO which you will taste and take away with you in a special container that will be provided to you. PASTA EXPERIENCE – I Corzetti, ancient Ligurian pasta made with wooden molds and Ligurian potato gnocchi. FOCACCIA & PANE EXPERIENCE – You will make the REAL Genoese Focaccia and our award-winning Pane Marinaro. This experience accompanies you from the bay of Levanto to the discovery of its splendid valley. Our journey will start by discovering the terraced hills of the Vallata di Levanto Cooperative with the typical crops of olive trees and vines. We will smell its scents and appreciate its colors and then continue the journey back in time towards the villages of the valley. Glimpses of Lavaggiorosso and an exploration of the village of Lizza will then take us to the top of Monte delle Streghe. From the ridge steeped in legends we will descend towards the Convent and church of Ss. Annunziata to then conclude our sensory journey with a stop at the S. Anna vineyard with a tasting of three DOC wines from the Vallata di Levanto Cooperative and typical products such as olives, pesto, focaccia. A trek for the five senses! The route is 60% on a path or dirt road and the remainder on asphalt, it is 7km long and covers a height difference of 400m.
