Join a locally inspired half-day itinerary that features top Olympic National Park destinations including the Elwha Valley and Lake Crescent, plus a bonus sightseeing stop along the Strait of Juan De Fuca. Departing from Port Angeles, the tour begins with a short waterfall walk (0.1 mile) at Madison Creek Falls along the Elwha River. Lake Crescent is the centerpiece of the itinerary with a 2-3 mile guided hike to Marymere Falls and surrounding trails immersed in old-growth forests. I landed in Joshua Tree after dropping out of college in 2001. Back then you arrived by chance or a friend of a friend said you had to check out the rocks, feel the energy, and camp under the stars. I fell in with the gathering characters, an assortment of dirtbag climbers, avant artists, practical new age visionaries, and entrepreneurs…an amalgam of identities that would go on to create the image of the High Desert that is so coveted today. I am legally permitted to guide within Joshua Tree National Park and happy to host you. I know my stuff and I want you to know it too.

Discover the stunning coastal forest just outside Victoria, BC, on this private half-day tour. Head out of the city to explore coastal forests, Garry Oak woodlands, wildflower meadows, and beaches. We'll keep an eye out for wildlife along the way and discover the area's unique natural history. From a gentle stroll in the woods, to a more challenging hike up one of the local mountains – you choose the pace. Easy – slower paced on mostly flat trails. Moderate – trails may be uneven with some steep sections. Challenging – longer trails with elevation gain. May have some steep/slippery sections.

This is a nice hike thats not far from Denver or difficult to hike. It takes less then an hour to get there and is about 30 minutes up to the lake. You can walk around the lake to where the glacier and cascades are and take in some amazing views before heading down and back to Denver. The whole trip can take less then 4 hours and well worth it.

This small-group tour is an intermediate trek with the best views. Unlike the Cinque Terre Trek, this offers a more challenging trek with a rewarding destination – Portovenere. The pace is yours, so we provide an excellent time to enjoy yourself. It will take at least 6 hours of trekking to arrive in Portovenere. This is not for people with vertigo, as the trek goes over some thin areas on the outer trail. After you arrive in Portovenere, the time is yours to swim, have a nice lunch, or stroll the back allies. You will be given your ticket for the boat ride back to Riomaggiore or Monterosso. If the seas become high and all the boats are canceled. In that case, you will take the bus & train back to Cinque Terre. This trek can be 1 to 10 people; the expected average is 1 to 4 people on this tour.

Snowshoeing is easy to learn, fun for everyone, and can be a great high energy cardio workout. Join us for an unforgettable day on one of the many pristine Colorado backcountry trails. Beginning 12/24/24: Tuesday shoeing will cost only $99 per person and trips will be public. Tuesday trips will be "all-ability" level, on the Salt Lick Trail just out our HQ door. Other days, shoeing trips are private with customizable objectives. We can provide you with more-advanced, higher-paced snowshoe hikes or just a relaxing family adventure in the woods. Our guides know where to go—based on your preferences, weather, and snow conditions—to provide you with a safe and enjoyable snowshoeing guided tour. For those who the desert wind blows inside of them and for those who it doesn't, yet. Red Canyon, a 4 hours trail that combines hiking and  jeep ride (an hour's walk). The breathtaking scenery of the Red Canyon has already been heard throughout the desert, sculpting the ravines of the canyon with a divine finger on the sandstone rocks. ​ We will start with a 20 minute drive on road 12, to the entrance of the Canyon. There,  we'll enjoy a guided tour inside the Canyon. We will continue to the old Patrol's road and drive up to the peaks of Eilat's mountains, above the landscapes of the Arava and in front of the Red mountains, on the Jordanian side. From there we will drive down to Ein Netafim, the only source of water in the area. We will finish at the 4 countries observation point on Mount Yoash (725 meters high), witness the sunset over the Red Sea and descend back towards Eilat.
