I'm Francesca, passionate about cooking and gastronomy. I learned the art of fresh pasta from my grandmother in her pasta shop, where we started to host this experience. Then I moved it at my house, a true pasta workshop in a beautiful villa on top of the hills, with a stunning view of Florence.
