At Cooking Classes Bodrum we offer recreational cooking holidays in an idyllic setting near Bodrum, overlooking the ancient Bargilya lagoon, where even the birds choose to rest on their journeys to the south. In Bodrum we have access to fresh produce and seafood all year round, making it the place to take a cooking class and to learn about Turkish cuisine. We specialize in Aegean Turkish cuisine, which is mainly based on olive oil dishes and vegetables and herbs. Our cooking classes are an ideal holiday activity for those interested in healthy eating and unlocking the health benefits of the Turkish way of eating.

On this tour, you will taste a selection of French specialties, including pastries, macarons, brioches, breads, cheeses, charcuteries, seasonal fruits, fine wines, and more, all locally made and crafted by talented artisans and small-batch producers, including a former chef of Le Ritz and award wining farms. After starting your tour next to l'Eglise Notre-Dame, you'll head to the farmer’s market, dating back over 300 years, where the locals have been trading fresh produce for generations. You'll then pass by the Royal Stables and the Palace, to then continue on to the Saint Louis area, where small houses built under Louis XIV to house local artisans face the Cathédrale Saint-Louis. After visiting, you'll head to the Royal Vegetable Garden, built to supply the Palace with fresh produce and still in activity, a place where farm-to-table traditions have flourished for centuries. Along the way, our expert guides will share fascinating insights into the French terroirs and their history!

At the beginning of the tour you will have a possibility to shop for fresh vegetables and produce at the buzzing market. Later, the guide will take you to her/his private home and help you to become a pierogi-making machine. You will learn from your local host how to make authentic Polish food and you will try out your Polish language skills while experiencing an authentic Polish family home and meal-time traditions and conversations.

This half day experience available morning and afternoon, and will take you to visit the local farmers market in Santo da Serra, where you can see the farmers seling they fruits and vedgetables, local bread, licours home made, infusions drinks, this is the market where the "madeirenses" goes for shopping. Explore also other areas, Christ the King view point and stunning views, Santa Cruz, Morena where we have steep roads to reach hidden villages, terraces and really amazing landscapes.

First up is a glass-bottom boat trip in Mahon harbour – the second largest in the world. Glide between fortified islets and admire the opulent villas lining the waterfront on either side. Some date from the 18th century, when Menorca was a British colony. Next, it's on to the old Xoriguer gin distillery for a guided visit.
