At our meeting we will walk through the streets of Santa Margherita, appreciating both the artistic and scenic beauties, until arriving at the boarding for Portofino. Once you reach the iconic village surrounded by colorful houses and elegant shops, we will stroll to Brown Castle to enjoy the view from the Lighthouse. Free time available and then return together to Santa Margherita for 2.15 pm. In case of bad weather you can reach Portofino by public transport. Possibility to request private tours.

This tour is my favorite and my customers' favorite. We would have time to see the most evocative towns and islands of the territory, accompanying everything with a splendid fish lunch on the island (not included and not mandatory but recommended) local wine, good music and baths in crystal clear waters. We will leave from La Spezia, Portovenere or Lerici with a splendid typical boat built in Italy, Didi Major. We will skirt the entire gulf with several photo stops in front of the villages, we will make the first stop in Portovenere or on the Palmaria island for a typical lunch (not included). We will stop twice in splendid bays to dive and we will get the best ice cream in the area in Lerici. Included will be my drinks and everything related to the boat. Cooking in a Local's Home with Seasonal Ingredients, in a Typical Italian Neighborhood in The Heart of Florence We will tour the farmer’s market where you will learn about seasonality, Italian butchery, salumi & cheese. We will create a personalized menu choosing what’s in season that day to create two fresh pastas and two sauces. After, designing our seasonal menu we will go back to my place, a classic Florentine apartment, in the heart of Sant’Ambrogio for a taste of local life. During this hands on experience you will make two pastas, two sauces, tiramisu for dessert and taste some Tuscan bites on some Tuscan bites along with prosecco/spritz while we cook so we don't get angry. This class is vegetarian friendly. Once we’re done cooking, we’ll enjoy the dreamy pasta we’ve created with wine pairing, followed by our tiramisu for our lunch.
