Hi everyone, I'm Ferdinando born and raised in Agerola, a small agricultural town on the Amalfi Coast. Since I was a child I have always cultivated a passion for cooking, together with my mother we cooked homemade and genuine dishes according to the ancient recipes of our country using ingredients grown in our organic garden. Fresh pasta filled with local cheeses, tomato sauces and vegetables grown without using pesticides. I started cooking at the age of 13 and the greatest satisfaction came when guests appreciated what I had cooked and told me they had never eaten so well. I started 10 years ago to convey my creativity, my passion for cooking and all the secrets for preparing tasty and genuine dishes with a cooking course. I await you all with great joy.

Enjoy the authentic chef experience cooking class with Rita and Luisa, two sisters expert in the culinary traditions of their territory preserving and sharing their knowledge of local traditions, recipes and hospitality, opening the doors of their family home. All classes are hands-on and feature local seasonal ingredients, some from Rita’s garden, most of them from the Sorrento Peninsula. The class starts with a visit to the vegetable garden and collection of products (depending on seasonality). You will be offered a welcome drink and canapes. Every customer personally prepare the dishes with the supervision of our Chef. Your full course meal includes a half a bottle of local red or white wine, mineral water, dessert, coffee and Limoncello. The Villa is located in the center of Sorrento.

You will be greeted by a welcome drink and immediately afterwards you will tie on your apron to start cooking! We will begin by preparing a starter that varies with the season. Then I will reveal the tricks for making the best fresh pasta at home, starting with the dough made of water and flour, which will be topped with a great seasonal sauce that I will teach you how to prepare. We will also make together a traditional dessert according to the season such as water melon jelly or a cassatella with ricotta cheese.
