Alongside our artisan cheesemakers, you will discover a unique know-how and learn how to make your Italian cheeses with an exceptional product, buffalo milk. Because good products are in our DNA, this workshop includes a tasting of the different cheeses we produce as well as a selection of charcuterie. A glass of wine/soft is also included and you will go home with your own cheese.

This private tour includes a visit to the stunning archaeological site of Paestum, where you can admire the ancient Greek temples and immerse yourself in the rich history of the area. While a tour guide is not included, we can arrange one upon request to enhance your visit. Entrance tickets to the site are also not included, giving you the flexibility to plan your experience as you wish. After exploring Paestum, you’ll visit a local dairy farm to taste the region's renowned buffalo mozzarella and enjoy an authentic lunch (not included), making this tour a memorable journey through Italy’s heritage and cuisine.

The artist will also guide you on this path. 1) A visit to the ceramic workshop of Antonio, son of the famous Artist Andrea Guida. We will talk about ceramics processing and about the Artist. It will be possible to admire the little ceramics and paintings museum, and also to buy ceramics. 2) A visit to the buffalo farm. I will answer your questions and curiosity. We will admire the buffaloes and donkeys, it will be possible to buy mozzarella or taste a fantastic ice cream or yoghurt made with buffalo's milk. 3) A visit near the Temples of Paestum in the evening. You can admire the Temples illuminated by suggestive artistic lights. The history of the Greek city of Paestum as a meeting of mutually respectful cultures: Greek, Lucan and Roman.

We visit the only farm in Umbria specialized in breeding and processing of buffalo milk. The characteristics of the Umbrian pastures combined with the centenary experience in the transformation of the milk produced in the company, give a unique taste and flavour to the most renowned dairy product of our country: the mozzarella! Surrounded by the green Umbrian hills, in direct contact with the animals, we discover the secrets of the processing of buffalo milk – between ancient techniques, handed down from father to son, and modern technologies – up to the finished product: mozzarella, ricotta, scamorza, caciotta and many other delicacies. The tour will begin in the archaeological excavations of Paestum, where undoubtedly what will move the visitor the most is the sacred area of the three Doric temples. The tour will continue with a visit to the archaeological museum. During the tour, customers will be able to enjoy a lunch with tasting of buffalo products and will be able to take a guided tour of the company's laboratories and stables. Departure from Sorrento by car with English speaking driver. Visit to the Greek Temples for about 2 hours then you will go to visit the buffalo farm where you will have about 2 hours to take pictures you have buffaloes and taste the mozzarella and return to Sorrento culture tour and lunch a right combination.
