Learn about the production process with experienced guides and see from small barrels to wooden vats with thousands of liters to understand how the wine ages. With a maximum of 12 participants, we are one of the companies with the smallest group to provide more quality to your experience. With a local guide you'll be able to enter 3 totally different producers, with different concepts in a 400 meters (0,25 miles) distance! Taste amazing wines! We selected variety and quality because there is a big difference between drinking Port and good Port! The tour starts at the scheduled time, with no exceptions and for logistical reasons it is not possible to join once it has started.

Please note the language in which you book your visit. Some slots are in French, others in English. Make sure you have booked in the right language. Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some twenty century-old oak foudres, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for all ages. Our estate is farmed organically. Montepulciano is famous for its cellars in the historical center, something that you do not have the chance to visit elsewhere. During your visit at the cellars in the historical center of Montepulciano you will have the chance to learn more about the unique link between the town and its Vino Nobile.

I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting. We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).I will take you to visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines.

Then we visit the cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you discover our family history through a scenographic space with a 180° immersive video projected onto the barrels: unique in France… Then we continue the tasting in our tearoom area with a "gourmet wine": several glasses paired with sweet and salty treats: cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit and chocolate and fruit coulis. You can also choose not to register the children, and have them choose a snack on the spot! Children can choose directly on the spot!
